Founded in 2001, Design and Technology Centre Limited (DTC) is the result of a visionary partnership between GTZ (now GIZ, the German Technical Cooperation), the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh, and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI). This collaboration was fueled by a shared goal: to nurture and empower the next generation of Industrial Designers and Design Thinkers capable of addressing the evolving needs of industries such as Furniture, Leather, Fashion, Jewelry, Interior and Exterior Design, and Space Planning.

What started as a focus on developing designers has evolved over time. Today, DTC stands as a comprehensive solutions provider, offering a broad range of services, including Architectural Consultancy, Interior Design Consultancy, Furniture Design Consultancy, Project Management and Implementation, Industrial Branding and Communication, as well as Training and Development.
