Located At: Right at the heart of Mirpur Kazipara, which is considered to be the hotspot for local furniture brands.

Background: HATIL, our the then client for over two decades, wanted to have their Flagship Furniture Store in the capital city. An 8-story building was rented there and we were assigned to transform it into that. This was indeed a humongous job since no other furniture flagship store in the country was as spacious as it was going to be. We worked out nearly 35 thousand squre feet area to design and develop this one-of-a-kind store which houses mock-up displays on every floor, 2 basements, 2 in-store escalators, 4 spacious in-store elevators, the largest LED Display outside and a Chair Installation on the exterior. All works related to civil (interior & exterior), electrical and air-conditioning were done by us to say the least.
