Bridging the Gap Between a Brand and its Stakeholders
Retail brands move forward basing on its relationships with Dealers/Retailers, Customers and the Communities where they operate. For HATIL, we observed, it was not doing well in terms of Top of Mind Awareness, Likeability, and Sales as well. To tackle this, we came up with a novel idea to engage the communities where HATIL Showrooms are present. As a pilot case, we hosted an on-ground Activation titled ‘HATIL at Home, HATIL at Heart’. We presented there the Virtual Showroom, Unique Features of HATIL Furniture and the techniques that go behind, Contest, and Customer Recognitions. It was an instant hit and good thing is customer turn-out tripled in 3 days with the sales shooting up.
