Country’s First-Ever Complete Virtual Furniture Showroom
Cost of retail space is on the rise all over. And to tackle this, there is no denying that Virtual Showroom would be the answer in days to come. For nearly 2 years we worked on this to bring this idea to life, collaborating some tech experts. In 2018, at Dhaka Intl. Trade Fair, we launched HATIL V, the complete Virtual Furniture Showroom. At present, this HATIL V is being installed across HATIL Showrooms in Bangladesh and India.

Brand Guideline For a Brand on Expansion Spree
A brand remains etched in mind when it appears and behaves consistently across communication platforms. For HATIL, we felt it was going to be difficult since the brand was an expansion momentum opening new showrooms beyond boundaries. Having been their communication partner for over a decade, we took this job up to or shoulder to land an all inclusive Brand Guideline for them, so that Dealers and Business Associates of them would get a clear picture on communication objectives, principles and execution details.

Bridging the Gap Between a Brand and its Stakeholders
Retail brands move forward basing on its relationships with Dealers/Retailers, Customers and the Communities where they operate. For HATIL, we observed, it was not doing well in terms of Top of Mind Awareness, Likeability, and Sales as well. To tackle this, we came up with a novel idea to engage the communities where HATIL Showrooms are present. As a pilot case, we hosted an on-ground Activation titled ‘HATIL at Home, HATIL at Heart’. We presented there the Virtual Showroom, Unique Features of HATIL Furniture and the techniques that go behind, Contest, and Customer Recognitions. It was an instant hit and good thing is customer turn-out tripled in 3 days with the sales shooting up.

A Shared Dream
For nearly over a decade, we acted as the sole communication for leading furniture brand HATIL. We served them across channels taking care of all their communication needs and that of their Dealers at home and around the globe. This took us to a new direction where we entered an official partnership under the name HATIL Project Solution. We undertake large projects like Hotels, Hospitals, Corporate Offices, Community Places etc. under this.
